We collect the information you enter in the app, such as foods, calories, and goals. This data stays on your device.
If you contact support, we receive your email address and the content of your message so we can respond.
How We Use Information
- To provide app features like meal logging and goal tracking.
- To respond to support requests and improve reliability.
Data Storage and Retention
Your entries are stored locally on your device. If you use iCloud device backups, your data may be included in those backups and managed by Apple.
Support emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request.
Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except to provide support communications.
Your Choices
- You can delete entries within the app at any time.
- You can remove all app data by deleting the app from your device.
